Top 3 BEST Cooking Kitchen Conversion Chart (Free Printable)

February 10, 2021 //  by Lisa

If you’re looking for a liquid and dry common measurements kitchen conversion chart, here are a few great options. Luckily, I have all your bases covered: A searchable text version, a printable pdf, and a vinyl wall decal you could add to the inside of your kitchen cabinet (how handy is that?)

#1: Kitchen Conversion Chart — Common Measurements

First, I’ve included a text version of all the most common dry and liquid measurements.

Kitchen Conversion Chart: Dry Measurements Conversion Chart

1 cup = 16 tablespoons

1/4 cup = 4 tablespoons

1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons = 1/16 cup = 1/2 ounce

Kitchen Conversion Chart: Liquid Measurements Conversion Chart

1 gallon = 4 quarts = 8 pints = 16 cups = 128 fluid ounces = 2.8 liters

1 quart = 2 pints = 4 cups = 32 ounces = .95 liters

1 pint = 2 cups = 16 ounces = 480 ml

1 cup = 8 ounces = 240 ml

1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons = 15 ml

8 fluid ounces = 1 cup = ½ pint = ¼ quart

16 fluid ounces = 2 cups = 1 pint = ½ quart

#2: Printable Kitchen Conversion Chart

#3:  Vinyl Wall Decal Common Measurements Chart

Lastly, one of the members of my STEP Mastery Productivity program showed the results of one of her projects. I loved it so much, I asked for her permission to put it here. She said she might start making a product eventually, but until then, you can check out this kitchen measurements cheat sheet in vinyl from Amazon:
